Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, once your order has been received.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order has shipped, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Processing
We partner with Sendle and Australia Post for all deliveries, and orders are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse.
We currently offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its status. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become active.
If you do not receive your order within:
- 27 days New Zealand and United States
- 14 days for Australia
