Returns Policy
We take pride in our products and want you to be happy with your online purchase. If you wish to return any item(s) in your order, please see the details below:
30-Day Returns
If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, we offer an online store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unwashed, with original tags or stickers attached.
- If you received a promotional gift with purchase, this must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from your store credit.
- If a discount was applied based on your order value and is no longer applicable after the return, the store credit amount will be adjusted accordingly.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Change of Mind
Full-Priced Items:
If you change your mind, submit your return within 30 days to receive a store credit for the amount paid (minus shipping and handling fees). We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. All store credits are processed in AUD, and Cabananana is not responsible for currency fluctuations between purchase and return processing. Store credits are non-refundable.
Final Sale:
We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you receive your preferred item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
You are entitled to a replacement, credit, or refund if the item:
- Is faulty, including defects that make the items unfit for their intended use
- Was wrongly described
- Differs from a sample shown to you
- Doesn’t perform as expected
Return Process
To initiate a return, simply email orders@cabananana.com and let us know which items you'd like to return.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Refunds/Credit Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether a refund or store credit has been approved. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For store credit, please allow up to 10 business days to receive it.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at orders@cabananana.com.
International Orders:
Return shipping, handling, and associated costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for faulty or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot complete the credit note without receiving the package. Due to varying international shipping times, please email orders@cabananana.com if you have not received confirmation from us within 21 days of sending your return.
What if my returned item(s) don’t meet the return conditions?
Items will be inspected upon return. If they appear used or lack original packaging, a store credit will be denied. You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to have these items returned to you.
